Improve stretch marks, scars, alopecia, facial lines, irregular pigment
CuraScalp is the signature Curative Ink™ techniques for Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) and other Scalp treatments including Inkless tattooing.
Because we do not yet offer SMP, let's focus on services to treat alopecia.
Using a rotary tattoo device at low voltage, fine needles create micro-trauma in the skin—without pigments. This process, also known as inkless tattooing, stimulates the body’s natural repair response, triggering collagen and elastin production in the treated areas. Targeted serums may be applied during treatment to enhance results.
· Appearance: Treated areas may look red, inflamed, or slightly swollen. Stretch marks may appear darker or more pronounced temporarily.
· Sensation: Mild tenderness, warmth, or itchiness is common as the skin begins its repair response.
· Care: Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid sun exposure, heavy sweating, or harsh products.
· Appearance: Redness has mostly subsided. Stretch marks begin to fade in color and blend more with surrounding skin. Texture may feel smoother.
· Healing: Follicle stimulation, Collagen and elastin production is underway beneath the surface. Skin may still be slightly dry or flaky.
· Care: Gentle moisturizers or technician-recommended serums may be used. Avoid exfoliation or aggressive treatments.
The FDA (Federal Food and Drug Administration) does not regulate the serums used in these procedures or the health consequences of using these products long term. At Curative Ink™ we strive to use top quality products.
Tattooing involves inserting pigment into the skin using fine needles. This includes ISR, SMP, Microblading, Microshading, and Micropigmentation. It is considered permanent as pigment remains in the skin for years and may not ever fully fade without professional removal. It’s important to acknowledge you are receiving a procedure with lasting effects and accept responsibility for this decision.
